Like all projects, the scope of work has to be defined, the work planned, the plan then executed, controlled and project closed for lessons learned. 

To assist in scope definition we offer various levels of services. Should your requirements need service customization, feel free to contact us.  Once your work is defined, we will create a plan that provides you a price and delivery time frame for project completion.  The project is then executed and any scope creep deviations communicated back. Once the work is completed we forward it to you for approval and sign-off.
