Like all projects, the scope of work has to be defined, the work planned, the plan then executed, controlled and project closed for lessons learned. 

To assist in scope definition we offer various levels of services. Once your work is defined, we will create a plan that provides you a price and delivery time frame for project completion.  Each phase of development follows a stage-gate release. The project is then executed and any scope creep/deviations communicated back. At the end of each phase work deliverables are forwarded to you for approval and sign-off.
